- Using these in a 223 Ruger No1. The throat is lengthened to 2.2", the projectiles seated 70 though off the lands. 25.5 grains of Varget. Three shots through one hole at 100 metres, out to 150m they drop game like a 30 cal, lighter game like goats are one shot kills out to 400 metres. Fantastic bullets. (Posted on 3/3/11)
